For its ongoing series of career events , GAP has the pleasure to host Dr. Kapil Krishan in the Interaction Zone of the Howey Building on Friday, March 17th at 4pm.

Dr. Krishan will describe his personal experience as a research scientist at Procter & Gamble, the type of career choices that led him to his position and how important his time at Georgia Tech was. We welcome all graduate students, post-docs and faculties to this event, specially if you consider a research career in non academic fields, or more globally, in the industry.

About the speaker:

Dr. Kapil Krishan graduated with his Ph.D. in physics from Georgia Tech in 2005 and is now a lead research scientist at Procter & Gamble. Before holding his current position, Kapil completed his post-doc at the University of California, Irvine in 2008 and then worked at the CNRS (National Center for Scientific Research) in France until 2010. As an assistant professor, he then taught at the Jawaharlal Nehru University for 1 year, before joining P&G in 2011.
