GaTech Students (male or female) are invited to participate in GSU WiP’s resume writing workshop (free food) and a trip to an electric generation power plant (free food and career exploration).

1) Women in Physics is hosting a Career and Resume Workshop:

TIME: 1:00pm – 3:00pm
LOCATION: 25 Park Place, Room 2150
Ashley Watts, Employer Relations Coordinator at University Career Services will carry out the Resume and Career presentation. Please bring your CV/Resume if you’d like any input/suggestions from Ashley.
Lunch will be served during the event.

2) Women in Physics is organizing an educational tour to Vogtle Electric Generation Plant in Waynesboro, GA.
WHEN: Friday, April 14, 2017
TIME: Whole day event
LOCATION: Waynesboro, GA
This will be the whole day event. We will drive all together in rental vans. The drive is 2.5 hours long. Once we get to the Plant facility, we’ll have lunch following by the tour.
If you’re interested in joining us for the tour, please let me know by March 31. If you’re not a US citizen, please email me a copy of your passport for security clearance by March 31 (WIPatGSU@gmail.com).
